To maintain the historical charm of this 1890’s house, we added functionality mixed with timeless materials. The brass hardware and vintage inspired light fixtures, were essential to this remodel. In the kitchen, we incorporated a new kitchen island and pantry area with a wine + coffee bar, to ensure plenty of specialized storage. We blended modern conveniences with vintage aesthetics, to create a cohesive and functional space that respects the homes heritage. In the powder bath, directly adjacent to the kitchen, we designed a vibrant and playful space. We incorporated bold colors, with a unique and whimsical wallpaper to create a dynamic and lively atmosphere.
